Might be tough to find better value than this. The pork belly and liver were amazing.

I heard about k squared mansion on social media and wanted to try it out. It’s located at the empire square next to Parker place. There’s a parkade and they have free parking for 3 hours! From the parkade just take the elevator down to the main floor.Upon entering there’s no hostess. You basically go up to the cashier and pay. On the day we went it was Thursday July 18 at 11:45pm. It use to be 15 dollars for the lunch buffet but now it went up 2 dollars. I brought my dad with me and found out they had a senior citizen special pricing for 10.99! I really respect businesses that have specials for seniors. They all paved the way for us and they deserve something back in return. Much respect for the owner of the business. Thank you so kindly. It was a great start so far.After you pay they give you a bowl with a bed of rice. Then you head over to the food stations and the servers will scoop and serve you. Just basically point if you don’t know how to speak Chinese it’s fine. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Above all they are very hard working. They were multitasking and cleaning tables. Very good team work. When my dad went up for a second helping the owner/manager was eager to help him right away. I really appreciated that. He even spoke Cantonese to him. Yeah it was broken Cantonese but still very very grateful. All the workers spoke mandarin. It was a great first experience for the ayce lunch.I will definitely be back with family and try out their dinner buffet. Reasonable prices for ayce. Professional team. Good food and quality control. If you’re on a budget I would strongly suggest trying out their lunch buffet. They are not skimpy on refilling the food and proteins. I mean just look at my dad’s bowl covered in meats!

This is not a gourmet restaurant but it gets 5 stars for the experience and value. It’s an all you can eat authentic Chinese food lunch buffet for only 14.99!!! And the food is still quite good. After paying, they hand you a huge metal tin filled with rice and you go to the buffet area which has around 8 veggie dishes and 4-5 meat dishes that staff scoop for you based on whatever you request. Then, you simply go back as many times as you want until you are satisfied. The fried chicken was super tasty and the veggies were made very well. Can’t beat this price these days for both quality and all you can eat.Went back to try the all you can eat crab and self serve dinner buffet which is 34.99 and it’s like the same thing as the lunch buffet except there is soup, you self serve the food, and there is of course, all you can eat Dungeness crab in spicy and non-spicy a la carte format. They are generous with the crab portions and it comes with stir fried vegetables on a shovel shaped plate. You can literally have as much crab as you can eat. I would say I prefer lunch for value but the dinner is still good and service was courteous.

I tried lunch all you can eat. The taste is classic northern china style, and they are really good.The price is only 15. Can you believe it? It's all you can eat! Came for the AYCE lunch buffet. There was a lot of selection and no shortage of any dish as it was refilled quickly. Flavors were good, the spice level was just right. Staff were very helpful when doling out the portions to explain what the dishes were as it was my first time there. I would definitely go again as it was worth it.

This is an all you can eat authentic and gourmet Chinese food dinner buffet. There are about 20 different kinds of authentic food, including the crab, mutton soup，spicy hot pot, spicy Boiled beef, lamb kebaba, fried chicken wings,northeast pickled cabbage, cold noodle and different starter. Anyway all taste delicious. The most important is the atmosphere is comfortable and the service is nice. I would like to recommend it to my friends.
